CDCP - Now Accepted At KM Dental Group

We are now accepting the new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

The Government of Canada has launched the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) to make dental care more accessible and affordable for everyone and ensure that everyone can easily maintain good oral health.

If you qualify, contact us. We can assist you in setting up your CDCP and explaining your dental benefits.

To apply for the CDCP, you will need:

Social Insurance Number (SIN)
Date of Birth
Full Name
Home and mailing address
List of dental coverage you have through government social programs (if applicable)

The application process takes approximately 5 minutes. After submission, the government may take up to 15 business days to complete your enrollment.

Eligibility Criteria

You must be 65 years of older
You do not have access to dental insurance
You have an adjusted family net income of less than $90,000
You are a Canadian resident for tax purposes
You have filed your tax return in the previous year
