Using Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) at KM Dental

You may be eligible if you:

• Are a Canadian resident
• Are between 18 and 64 years old
• Don’t have dental insurance
• Have a household income under $90,000
• Filed your taxes last year

You can apply through the federal government — it only takes a few minutes.

When recommended by your dentist, the CDCP can help with:

• Exams, x-rays, and checkups
• Cleanings, fluoride, and sealants
• Fillings and root canals
• Tooth removals
• Dentures (partial or full)
• Some oral surgery procedures
  

A few services may need pre-approval.
